INNOVATION CREDIT UNION

LETTERS PATENT OF CONTINUANCE

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to subsection 25(2) of the Bank Act (Canada), that Innovation Credit Union intends to file with the Superintendent of Financial Institutions, on or after June 4, 2018, an application for the Minister of Finance to issue letters patent continuing Innovation Credit Union as a federal credit union under the Bank Act (Canada) under the name Innovation Federal Credit Union to carry on the business of banking in Canada.

Innovation Federal Credit Union's head office will be located in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, and it intends to offer a full range of banking services to individuals and businesses.

Any person who objects to the proposed continuance may submit an objection in writing to the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions, 255 Albert Street, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0H2, on or before July 3, 2018.

The granting of letters patent will be dependent upon the normal application review process under the Bank Act (Canada) and the discretion of the Minister of Finance.

LETTERS PATENT OF AMALGAMATION

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of section 250 of the Insurance Companies Act (Canada), that Temple Insurance Company and DAS Legal Protection Insurance Company Limited (together, the "Applicants") intend to make a joint application to the Minister of Finance, on or after June 25, 2018, for letters patent of amalgamation continuing the Applicants as one company under the name "Temple Insurance Company" in English and "La Compagnie d'assurance Temple" in French.
