John MacDonald and Susan MacDonald hereby give notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport under the Navigation Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under paragraph 5(6)(b) of the said Act, John MacDonald and Susan MacDonald have deposited with the Minister of Transport and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of Prince County, at Summerside, Prince Edward Island, under deposit No. 40660, a description of the site and plans for oyster aquaculture using floating cages on Lease BOT-5420, in Darnley Basin, at Malpeque, in front of lot 400630-000.

Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation may be directed to the Regional Manager, Navigation Protection Program, Transport Canada, 95 Foundry Street, P.O. Box 42, Moncton, New Brunswick E1C 8K6. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing and are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of the last notice. Although all comments conforming to the above will be considered, no individual response will be sent.

La Maison BeauSoleil (2010) inc. hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport under the Navigation Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under paragraph 5(6)(b) of the said Act, La Maison BeauSoleil (2010) inc. has deposited with the Minister of Transport and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of Kent County, at Richibucto, New Brunswick, under deposit No. 380 16 268, a description of the site and plans for oyster lease MS 1353 in the Richibucto River, at Richibucto, in front of Lot 25388463.

SECURITY NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY

REDUCTION OF STATED CAPITAL

In accordance with subsection 79(5) of the Insurance Companies Act (Canada), notice is hereby given of the intention of Security National Insurance Company (the Company), having its head office in Montréal, province of Quebec, Canada, to apply to the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions for approval to reduce the stated capital account for the Common Shares as contemplated by a special resolution adopted by the Company's shareholder dated as of June 28, 2018, which reads as follows:

"BE IT RESOLVED AS A SPECIAL RESOLUTION that:

1. Subject to the written approval of the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI), the Company be authorized to reduce the stated capital account for the Common Shares;

2. The Chairman or Chief Executive Officer is authorized and directed to determine the appropriate and exact amount of the reduction of the stated capital account for the Common Shares provided that such reduction of the stated capital does not exceed twelve dollars and forty cents ($12.40) per each of the fourteen million seventy-one thousand seven hundred fifty (14 071 750) issued and outstanding Common Shares for a total reduction of the Stated Capital Account of the Common Shares of up to one hundred seventy-four million four hundred eighty-nine thousand seven hundred ($174,489,700);

3. The Company be authorized and directed to pay on or about October 26, 2018, the amount of the reduction of the stated capital of the Common Shares determined by the Chairman or Chief Executive Officer in accordance to the limit set herein to the registered Shareholder of the issued and outstanding Common Shares;

4. The Stated Capital account for the Common Shares be adjusted to reflect such reduction; and

5. The Company, through its authorized officers, be authorized and directed to do all things and execute all instruments and documents necessary or desirable to carry out the foregoing including without limitation the publication of the notice of intention to apply for approval to reduce the stated capital account of Security National Insurance Company's Common Shares along with this special resolution and the making of an application for the approval of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions within three months after the time of the passing of this special resolution."

THE WAWANESA LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY

REDUCTION OF STATED CAPITAL

In accordance with subsection 79(5) of the Insurance Companies Act (Canada), notice is hereby given of the intention of The Wawanesa Life Insurance Company (the "Company"), having its head office in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, to apply to the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (Canada) for approval to reduce the stated capital of the Company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the sole shareholder and policyholders on May 24, 2018, which reads as follows:

"RESOLVED AS A SPECIAL RESOLUTION that:

1. the stated capital account maintained by The Wawanesa Life Insurance Company for its common shares be reduced, pursuant to section 79 of the Insurance Companies Act, by Can$52,018,000, with such amount to be distributed to The Wawanesa Mutual Insurance Company, as its sole shareholder, subject to written approval of the reduction in stated capital by the Superintendent of Financial Institutions; and

2. any director or officer of The Wawanesa Life Insurance Company or designate thereof be and he or she is authorized and directed, for and on behalf of the company, to make application to the Superintendent of Financial Institutions for approval of the reduction in stated capital and to do all such other acts or things as he or she may determine to be necessary or advisable to give effect to this resolution, including the publication of the notice in the Canada Gazette, the doing of any such act or thing being conclusive evidence of such determination."
