Transfer of Duties Order

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) ^{footnote a} of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act ^{footnote b}, transfers from the Minister of State styled the Minister of Science to the Minister of Science the powers, duties and functions of the Minister of State styled the Minister of Science under Part I of the Budget Implementation Act, 1997 ^{footnote c} that were transferred to that Minister by Order in Council P.C. 2017-76 of February 1, 2017 ^{footnote d}.
