Order designating the Minister of Small Business and Tourism, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition Minister in section 2 of the Small Business Investment Grants Act ^{footnote a},

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2017-73 of February 1, 2017 ^{footnote b}; and
• (b) designates the Minister of Small Business and Tourism, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
