Order designating the Minister of Democratic Institutions, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the responsible minister for the purposes of that Act
P.C. 2018-1025 July 18, 2018
Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition Minister in subsection 2(1) of the Canada Elections Act footnote a,
- (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2015-1253 of November 4, 2015 footnote b; and
- (b) designates the Minister of Democratic Institutions, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, for the purposes of that Act.
