Request for insertion for non-federal clients

Instructions

  1. After filling in all the required fields, click on the “Print” button at the bottom of the form.
  2. In the following pop-up window, click the dropdown menu named “Destination” or “Printer” and select the “Save as PDF” or “Print as PDF” option.
  3. Click on the “Save” button at the bottom of the window.
  4. The “Save As” window will appear, allowing you to name the file and choose the file save destination on your device.
  5. Submit your request by email to: insertion.gazette@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca.
  6. Secret classified notices: if you have a secret classified document to be published, send an email (without including the secret content) to insertion.gazette@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca.
