Under section 9 of the said Act, Nalcor Energy has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and in the Land Registry Office of Happy Valley-Goose Bay, in the town office of Labrador City, Wabush, or in the town office of Churchill Falls, Newfoundland and Labrador, under deposit No. 8200-2013-700011-001, a description of the site and plans for the proposed new generation facility and associated works (dam, spillway, rock platform) and reservoir in the Churchill River, at Muskrat Falls, Newfoundland and Labrador, at approximately 53°14′48.3″ N and 60°45′58.5″ W.
Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation may be directed to the Manager, Navigable Waters Protection Program, Transport Canada, P.O. Box 1013, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia B2Y 4K2. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing and are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of the last notice. Although all comments conforming to the above will be considered, no individual response will be sent.

APPLICATION TO ESTABLISH A BANK
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to subsection 25(2) of the Bank Act (Canada) [the “Act”], that Wealth One Canada Inc. (the “Applicant”) intends to apply to the Minister of Finance (Canada) [the “Minister”] for letters patent incorporating a Schedule I bank (the “Bank”).
Upon the grant by the Minister of letters patent and the issuance by the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (Canada) of an order to commence and carry on business, the Bank will carry on business in Canada under the name of Wealth One Bank of Canada in English and Banque Wealth One du Canada in French.
