DETERMINATION
Communications, photographic, mapping, printing and publication services
Notice is hereby given that, after completing its inquiry, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) made a determination (File No. PR-2015-035) on January 12, 2016, with respect to a complaint filed by Talk Science to Me Communications Inc. (Talk Science to Me), of Vancouver, British Columbia, pursuant to subsection 30.11(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, R.S.C., 1985, c. 47 (4th Supp.), concerning a procurement (Solicitation No. 87055-14-0359) by the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC). The solicitation was for the supply of English writing and editing services.
Talk Science to Me alleged that the CNSC improperly evaluated its proposal by introducing undisclosed evaluation criteria.
Having examined the evidence presented by the parties and considered the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade, the North American Free Trade Agreement, the Agreement on Government Procurement, the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement and the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement, the Tribunal determined that the complaint was valid.

Transportation equipment and spares
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) has received a complaint (File No. PR-2015-051) from Oshkosh Defense Canada Incorporated (Oshkosh Defense), of Ottawa, Ontario, concerning a procurement (Solicitation No. W8476-06MSMP/L) by Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of the Department of National Defence. The solicitation is for the provision of military vehicles and related equipment and services. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Tribunal made a decision on January 12, 2016, to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.
Oshkosh Defense alleges that PWGSC improperly evaluated several technical requirements and introduced undisclosed mandatory evaluation criteria.
