The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) will conduct a full inquiry into the question of injury to the domestic industry and will make an order or finding no later than 120 days after its receipt of the notice of the preliminary determination of dumping and subsidizing.
Pursuant to section 8 of SIMA, provisional duty is payable on subject goods that are released from the CBSA during the period commencing January 25, 2017, and ending on the earlier of the day the investigation is terminated, the day on which the CITT makes an order or finding, or the day an undertaking is accepted.
The amount of provisional duty payable is not greater than the estimated margin of dumping and the estimated amount of subsidy. The Customs Act applies with respect to the accounting and payment of provisional duty. Therefore, failure to pay duties within the prescribed time will result in the application of the interest provisions of the Customs Act.
Information
The Statement of Reasons regarding these decisions will be issued within 15 days following the decisions and will be available on the CBSA website at www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/sima-lmsi/menu-eng.html or by contacting either Mr. Denis Chénier by telephone at 613-952-7547 or Mr. Nalong Manivong by telephone at 613-960-6096.

CANADA–NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR OFFSHORE PETROLEUM BOARD
CANADA–NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR ATLANTIC ACCORD IMPLEMENTATION ACT
Issuance of exploration licence — Exception to call for bids
Pursuant to paragraph 61(1)(b) of the Canada– Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Act, S.C., 1987, c. 3, and paragraph 60(1)(b) of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and Labrador Act, R.S.N.L., 1990, c. C-2, the Canada–Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board (CNLOPB) advises that upon receipt of approval of a fundamental decision by the Accord Act ministers, Exploration Licence No. 1153 has been issued effective January 15, 2017, in exchange for a surrender of existing Exploration Licence No. 1105 issued to Corridor Resources Inc. in the Canada– Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Area.
The issuance of this new exploration licence equitably restores the exploration licence term to four years to afford time to complete the environmental assessment, to seek a drilling operations authorization and to validate the geological prospect commonly referred to as Old Harry.
Offshore safety and environmental protection are paramount in all Board decisions. The CNLOPB will not approve any offshore petroleum-related activity until an operator demonstrates that it has met all legislative and regulatory requirements and has reduced risks to levels that are as low as reasonably practicable.
This exploration licence may be inspected, or by written request, certified copies made available at the following address: Office of the Registrar, Canada–Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board, TD Place, 5th Floor, 140 Water Street, St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, A1C 6H6, 709-778-1400. DETERMINATION
Armament
Notice is hereby given that, after completing its inquiry, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) made a determination (File No. PR-2016-035) on January 26, 2017, with respect to a complaint filed by Agence Gravel Inc. (Agence Gravel), of Québec, Quebec, pursuant to subsection 30.11(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, R.S.C., 1985, c. 47 (4th Supp.), concerning a procurement (Solicitation No. M8500-14R086/A) by the Department of Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC) on behalf of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. The solicitation was for 7.62 mm fast-attach firearm suppressors.
Agence Gravel alleged that PWGSC's decision to cancel the Request for a Standing Order was illegal and contravened the contract binding it to Agence Gravel.
Having examined the evidence presented by the parties and considered the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade, the Tribunal determined that the complaint was valid.
Further information may be obtained from the Registrar, Canadian International Trade Tribunal Secretariat, 333 Laurier Avenue West, 15th Floor, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0G7, 613-993-3595 (telephone), 613-990-2439 (fax), citt-tcce@tribunal.gc.ca (email).

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) has received a complaint (File No. PR-2016-051) from Marine International Dragage Inc. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Tribunal made a decision on January 24, 2017, to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.
MID alleges that the CCG entered into a mutual agreement contract instead of initiating a competitive process.
