The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) has received a complaint (File No. PR-2016-064) from Leonardo S.p.A. (Leonardo), of Rome, Italy, concerning a procurement (Solicitation No. W847A-150179/A) by the Department of Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC) on behalf of the Department of National Defence. The solicitation is for the provision of fixed-wing search and rescue aircraft. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Tribunal made a decision on March 15, 2017, to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.
Leonardo alleges that PWGSC incorrectly awarded the contract to a non-compliant bidder.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) has received a complaint (File No. PR-2016-041) from the Masha Krupp Translation Group Ltd. (MKTG), of Ottawa, Ontario, concerning a procurement (Solicitation No. 1000329852) by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). The solicitation is for the provision of translation and editing services. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Tribunal made a decision on November 4, 2016, to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.
MKTG alleges that the evaluators failed to evaluate the bids in accordance with the evaluation criteria set out in the solicitation and that they failed to apply themselves in evaluating the bids. MKTG also alleges that the CRA refused to disclose the consensus evaluation and the individual evaluators' notes.
