Notice is hereby given that, after completing its inquiry, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) made a determination (File No. PR-2017-063) on May 25, 2018, with respect to a complaint filed by Renaissance Aeronautics Associates Inc. (d.b.a. Advanced Composites Training) [RAA/ACT], of London, Ontario, pursuant to subsection 30.11(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, R.S.C., 1985, c. 47 (4th Supp.), concerning a procurement (Solicitation No. W6570-17ATT1/B) by the Department of Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC) on behalf of the Department of National Defence. The solicitation was for the provision of an Aircraft Advanced Composite Repair course.
RAA/ACT alleged that PWGSC erroneously found its bid non-compliant with certain mandatory technical evaluation criteria in the Request for Proposals and provided a debriefing that was inadequate and severely delayed.
Having examined the evidence presented by the parties and considered the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, the Tribunal determined that the complaint was not valid.

Notice is hereby given that, after completing its inquiry, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) made a determination (File No. PR-2017-067) on Tuesday, June 5, 2018, with respect to a complaint filed by ALS Canada Ltd. dba ALS Environmental and ALS Life Sciences (ALS), of Burlington, Ontario, pursuant to subsection 30.11(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, R.S.C., 1985, c. 47 (4th Supp.), concerning a procurement (Solicitation No. J012173) via an Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) by Statistics Canada. The solicitation was for waste water analysis services.
ALS alleged that Statistics Canada improperly determined that its statement of capabilities did not meet the requirements set out in the ACAN.
Having examined the evidence presented by the parties and considered the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, the North American Free Trade Agreement, the Agreement on Government Procurement and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, the Tribunal determined that the complaint was valid.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) has received a complaint (File No. PR-2018-007) from 10647802 Canada Limited o/a Outland Carillion Services (Outland Carillion), of Mississauga, Ontario, concerning a procurement (Solicitation No. W0103-187437/A) by the Department of Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC) on behalf of the Department of National Defence. The solicitation is for food catering services. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Tribunal made a decision on June 5, 2018, to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.
Outland Carillion alleges that PWGSC erred in its evaluation of certain point-rated criteria in Outland Carillion's technical bid.

Notice is hereby given that, on May 31, 2018, pursuant to paragraph 76.03(12)(b) of the Special Import Measures Act, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal continued its finding (Expiry Review No. RR-2017-002) made on November 20, 2012, in Inquiry No. NQ-2012-001, concerning the dumping of liquid dielectric transformers having a top power handling capacity equal to or exceeding 60,000 kilovolt amperes (60 megavolt amperes), whether assembled or unassembled, complete or incomplete, originating in or exported from the Republic of Korea.
