CERTIFICATE OF CONTINUANCE
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to subsection 38(1) of the Trust and Loan Companies Act (Canada), that Caledon Trust Company ("Caledon Trust") intends to apply to the Minister of Finance, on or after November 1, 2018, for approval in writing to apply under the Canada Business Corporations Act for a certificate of continuance under that Act. Upon receiving a certificate of continuance, Caledon Trust intends to continue under the proposed name of Caledon Management Limited.
Any person who objects to Caledon Trust's discontinuance under the Trust and Loan Companies Act (Canada) may submit the objection in writing to the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions, 255 Albert Street, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0H2, on or before October 31, 2018.

APPLICATION TO ESTABLISH A TRUST COMPANY
Notice is hereby given that the First Nations Bank of Canada, a Schedule I Bank under the federal laws of Canada, intends to file with the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (the "Superintendent") on or after December 13, 2018, an application pursuant to subsection 24(2) of the Trust and Loan Companies Act (Canada), for the Minister of Finance to issue letters patent incorporating a trust company under the Trust and Loan Companies Act (Canada). The trust company will carry on business in Canada under the name of FNB Trust, and its head office will be located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
Any person who objects to the proposed incorporation may submit an objection in writing to the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions at 255 Albert Street, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0H2, on or before December 13, 2018.
Note: The publication of this notice should not be construed as evidence that letters patent will be issued to establish the trust company. The granting of the letters patent will be dependent upon the normal Trust and Loan Companies Act (Canada) application review process and the discretion of the Minister of Finance.

RELEASE OF ASSETS
Pursuant to section 651 of the Insurance Companies Act (Canada) [the "Act"], notice is hereby given that Talcott Resolution Life Insurance Company (formerly known as Hartford Life Insurance Company), carrying on business in Canada as a branch under the same name, intends to apply to the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (Canada), on or after November 21, 2018, for an order authorizing the release of the assets that it maintains in Canada in accordance with the Act.

ASSUMPTION REINSURANCE AGREEMENT
Notice is hereby given that the Canadian branch of T.H.E. Insurance Company ("T.H.E."), pursuant to section 587.1 of the Insurance Companies Act (Canada), intends to make an application to the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (Canada) [the "Superintendent"] on or after November 19, 2018, for the Superintendent's approval to enter into an assumption reinsurance agreement (the "Assumption Reinsurance Agreement") with the Canadian branch of XL Specialty Insurance Company ("XLSIC"), under which T.H.E. shall agree to cede to XLSIC, and XLSIC shall agree to reinsure, on an assumption basis, all of the insurance liabilities undertaken by T.H.E. in respect of its policies in Canada, including all present and future obligations under such risks.
A copy of the proposed Assumption Reinsurance Agreement will be available for inspection by the policyholders of T.H.E. and XLSIC during regular business hours at the office of the Chief Agent of the Canadian branch of T.H.E. located at 200 University Avenue, Suite 1400, Toronto, Ontario M5H 3C6 and the Canadian branch of XLSIC located at 100 Yonge Street, Suite 1200, Toronto, Ontario M5C 2W1, for a period of 30 days following publication of this notice. Any policyholder who wishes to obtain a copy of the Assumption Reinsurance Agreement may do so in writing to either Chief Agent at the above-noted addresses.
