Notice is hereby given, in compliance with the Support Orders and Support Provisions (Banks and Authorized Foreign Banks) Regulations, that The Bank of Nova Scotia has changed the location of the following designated office for the purposes of service of enforcement notices:

VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION AND DISSOLUTION

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with subsection 345(4) of the Bank Act (Canada) [the "Act"], that the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 345(2) of the Act, effective November 14, 2018, has approved the application by Mega International Commercial Bank (Canada) for letters patent of dissolution.
