Corrosion-resistant steel sheet

Notice is hereby given that, on November 16, 2020, pursuant to subsections 42(4.1) and 43(1) of the Special Import Measures Act, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal has made findings (Inquiry No. NQ-2019-002) concerning the dumping and subsidizing of corrosion-resistant flat-rolled steel sheet products of carbon steel originating in or exported from the Republic of Turkey, the United Arab Emirates and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
