Concrete reinforcing bar
Notice is hereby given that, on November 23, 2020, pursuant to subsection 37.1(1) of the Special Import Measures Act, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal determined that there is evidence (Preliminary Injury Inquiry No. PI-2020-004) that discloses a reasonable indication that the dumping of hot-rolled deformed steel concrete reinforcing bar in straight lengths or coils, commonly identified as rebar, in various diameters up to and including 56.4 mm, in various finishes, excluding plain round bar and fabricated rebar products, originating in or exported from the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Republic of Indonesia, the Italian Republic, Malaysia, the Republic of Singapore and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, has caused injury or is threatening to cause injury to the domestic industry. The product definition also excludes “10 mm diameter (10M) rebar produced to meet the requirements of CSA G30 18.09 (or equivalent standards) and coated to meet the requirements of epoxy standard ASTM A775/A 775M 04a (or equivalent standards) in lengths from 1 foot (30.48 cm) up to and including 8 feet (243.84 cm)”.

Description of critical habitat for the Bull Trout, Saskatchewan – Nelson Rivers populations in Banff National Park of Canada, Jasper National Park of Canada, and Waterton Lakes National Park of Canada
The Bull Trout (Salvelinus confluentus), Saskatchewan – Nelson Rivers populations are olive-green to blue-grey fish with pale round spots, large head and jaws, and are listed on Schedule 1 of the Species at Risk Act. In Canada, the Bull Trout, Saskatchewan – Nelson Rivers populations thrive in the cold, pristine waters of Alberta.
The Recovery Strategy for the Bull Trout (Salvelinus confluentus), Saskatchewan-Nelson Rivers populations, in Canada identifies critical habitat for the species in a number of areas, including within Banff National Park of Canada, Jasper National Park of Canada, and Waterton Lakes National Park of Canada.
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to subsection 58(2) of the Species at Risk Act, that 90 days after the date of publication of this notice, subsection 58(1) of the Act will apply to the critical habitat of the Bull Trout, Saskatchewan – Nelson Rivers populations as identified in the recovery strategy for the species that is included in the Species at Risk Public Registry, and that is located within Banff National Park of Canada, Jasper National Park of Canada, and Waterton Lakes National Park of Canada, the boundaries of which are described in Schedule 1 to the Canada National Parks Act.

Description of critical habitat of Rainbow Trout, Athabasca River populations in Jasper National Park of Canada
The Rainbow Trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss), Athabasca River populations are fish characterized by their silver body covered in black spots with a pink horizontal band, and are listed on Schedule 1 of the Species at Risk Act. In Canada, the Rainbow Trout, Athabasca River populations are found primarily in small cold headwater streams in the Athabasca drainage.
The Recovery Strategy for the Rainbow Trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) in Canada (Athabasca River populations) identifies critical habitat for the species in a number of areas, including within Jasper National Park of Canada.
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to subsection 58(2) of the Species at Risk Act, that 90 days after the date of publication of this notice, subsection 58(1) of the Act will apply to the critical habitat of the Rainbow Trout, Athabasca River populations as identified in the recovery strategy for this species that is included in the Species at Risk Public Registry, and that is located within Jasper National Park of Canada, the boundaries of which are described in Schedule 1 to the Canada National Parks Act.
