If the CITT finds that the dumping has caused injury or is threatening to cause injury, anti-dumping duties will be applied to future importations of the subject goods. In that event, the importer in Canada shall pay such duties.
The Customs Act applies, with any modifications that the circumstances require, with respect to the accounting and payment of anti-dumping duties.
Information
The Statement of Reasons regarding the final determination will be issued within 15 days following the decision and will be available on the CBSA’s website.

INQUIRY
Cloud-based services
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has received a complaint (file PR-2024-036) from Oracle Canada ULC (Oracle), of Mississauga, Ontario, concerning a procurement (solicitation CS-IAAS-2024) made by Shared Services Canada. The solicitation is for the provision of cloud-based infrastructure as a service and native platform as a service. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is given that the Tribunal made a decision on August 27, 2024, to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.
Oracle alleges that mandatory criterion M1, as worded in amendment 013 to the solicitation, is an unnecessary limit to competition, in breach of the trade agreements.
