Order Assigning the Honourable Steven Blaney to Assist the Minister of Foreign Affairs

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 11 (see footnote a) of the Ministries and Ministers of State Act (see footnote b), assigns the Honourable Steven Blaney, a Minister of State to be styled Minister for La Francophonie, to assist the Minister of Foreign Affairs in the carrying out of that Minister’s responsibilities, effective February 22, 2013.
