His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 123(1) of thePublic Service Employment Act (see footnote a), makes the annexedTransfer of a Portion of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency Regulations.

TRANSFER OF A PORTION OF THE CANADIAN FOOD INSPECTION AGENCY REGULATIONS

BLOCK TRANSFER

1. Subsection 132(1) of thePublic Service Employment Actapplies to all persons employed or engaged in the portion of the federal public administration in the Canadian Food Inspection Agency known as the Domestic Terrestrial Animal Pathogen Unit.

COMING INTO FORCE

2. These Regulations come into force on March 31, 2013.
