Regulations Amending the Fish Inspection Regulations

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, pursuant to section 3 (see footnote a) of the Fish Inspection Act (see footnote b), makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Fish Inspection Regulations.

REGULATIONS AMENDING THE FISH INSPECTION REGULATIONS

AMENDMENT

1. Subsection 2(2) of Schedule I to the Fish Inspection Regulations (see footnote 1) is replaced by the following:

(2) Construction and packaging materials and non-food chemical products used in the construction and operation of establishments or in their equipment shall be suitable for the purpose for which they are to be used.

COMING INTO FORCE

2. These Regulations come into force on the day on which they are registered.
