Order Terminating the Assignment of the Honourable Lynne Yelich and Assigning the Honourable Lynne Yelich to Assist the Minister of Foreign Affairs

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 11 (see footnote a) of the Ministries and Ministers of State Act (see footnote b), effective July 15, 2013,

• (a) terminates the assignment of the Honourable Lynne Yelich, made by Order in Council P.C. 2008-1717 of October 30, 2008 (see footnote c), and
• (b) assigns the Honourable Lynne Yelich, a Minister of State to be styled Minister of State (Foreign Affairs and Consular), to assist the Minister of Foreign Affairs in the carrying out of that Minister’s responsibilities.
