Order Terminating the Assignment of the Honourable Gary Goodyear and Assigning the Honourable Gary Goodyear to Assist the Minister of Industry

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 11 (see footnote a) of the Ministries and Ministers of State Act (see footnote b), effective July 15, 2013,

• (a) terminates the assignment of the Honourable Gary Goodyear, made by Order in Council P.C. 2009-1441 of August 25, 2009 (see footnote c), and
• (b) assigns the Honourable Gary Goodyear, a Minister of State to be styled Minister of State (Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario), to assist the Minister of Industry in the carrying out of that Minister’s responsibilities.
