CANADA SMALL BUSINESS FINANCING ACT

Order Repealing Order in Council P.C. 1999-472 and Designating the Minister of Industry for the purposes of the Act

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition “Minister” in section 2 of the Canada Small Business Financing Act (see footnote a),

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 1999-472 of March 18, 1999 (see footnote b); and
• (b) designates the Minister of Industry, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of the Canada Small Business Financing Act (see footnote c).
