NATIONAL CAPITAL ACT

Order Designating the Minister of Employment and Social Development for the purposes of the National Capital Act

P.C. 2015-194 February 9, 2015

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition “Minister” in section 2 of the National Capital Act (see footnote a),

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2011-0583 of May 18, 2011 (see footnote b), and
• (b) designates the Minister of Employment and Social Development, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of the National Capital Act (see footnote c),

effective February 9, 2015.
