Rules Repealing the Manitoba Rules of Practice Respecting Reduction in the Number of Years of Imprisonment Without Eligibility for Parole
The Chief Justice of the Court of Queen’s Bench of Manitoba, pursuant to subsection 745.64(1) (see footnote a) of the Criminal Code (see footnote b), makes the annexed Rules Repealing the Manitoba Rules of Practice Respecting Reduction in the Number of Years of Imprisonment Without Eligibility for Parole.

RULES REPEALING THE MANITOBA RULES OF PRACTICE RESPECTING REDUCTION IN THE NUMBER OF YEARS OF IMPRISONMENT WITHOUT ELIGIBILITY FOR PAROLE
REPEAL
1. The Manitoba Rules of Practice Respecting Reduction in the Number of Years of Imprisonment Without Eligibility for Parole (see footnote 1) are repealed.
COMING INTO FORCE
2. These Rules come into force on the day on which they are registered.
