ECONOMIC ACTION PLAN 2014 ACT, NO. 2

Order Fixing June 1, 2015 as the Day on which Certain Provisions of the Act Come into Force

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister,

• (a) pursuant to subsection 170(1) of the Economic Action Plan 2014 Act, No. 2, chapter 39 of the Statutes of Canada, 2014, fixes June 1, 2015 as the day on which Division 3 of Part 4 of that Act comes into force, other than sections 149 and 156; and
• (b) pursuant to subsection 170(2) of the Economic Action Plan 2014 Act, No. 2, chapter 39 of the Statutes of Canada, 2014, fixes June 1, 2015 as the day on which sections 149 and 156 of that Act come into force.
