Order Designating the Minister of Natural Resources to be the Minister for the purpose of the Act

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 5 of the Extractive Sector Transparency Measures Act (see footnote a), designates the Minister of Natural Resources, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, to be the Minister for the purpose of that Act.
