CANADA POST CORPORATION ACT

Order Designating the Minister of Public Works and Government Services as the Minister for the purposes of the Act

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition “Minister” in subsection 2(1) of the Canada Post Corporation Act (see footnote a), effective November 4, 2015,

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2006-67 of February 6, 2006 (see footnote b); and
• (b) designates the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of the Canada Post Corporation Act (see footnote c).
