PUBLIC SERVICE LABOUR RELATIONS AND EMPLOYMENT BOARD ACT

Order Designating the Minister of Public Works and Government Services to be the Minister referred to in the Act

P.C. 2015-1245 November 4, 2015

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 3 of the Public Service Labour Relations and Employment Board Act (see footnote a), effective November 4, 2015,

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2014-912 of August 15, 2014 (see footnote b); and
• (b) designates the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, who is not a member of the Treasury Board, to be the Minister referred to in the Public Service Labour Relations and Employment Board Act (see footnote c).
