ELECTORAL BOUNDARIES READJUSTMENT ACT

Order Designating the President of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada as the Minister for the purposes of the Act

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition “Minister” in subsection 2(1) of the Electoral Boundaries Readjustment Act (see footnote a), effective November 4, 2015,

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2006-79 of February 6, 2006 (see footnote b); and
• (b) designates the President of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of the Electoral Boundaries Readjustment Act (see footnote c).
