Order Assigning the Honourable Carla Qualtrough to assist the Minister of Canadian Heritage and the Minister of Employment and Social Development

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 11 (see footnote a) of the Ministries and Ministers of State Act (see footnote b), assigns the Honourable Carla Qualtrough, a Minister of State to be styled Minister of Sport and Persons with Disabilities, to assist the Minister of Canadian Heritage and the Minister of Employment and Social Development in the carrying out of those Ministers’ responsibilities, effective November 4, 2015.
