Transfer of Duties Order

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) (see footnote a) of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act (see footnote b), transfers from the Minister of Transport to the Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs the powers, duties and functions under the Bridge To Strengthen Trade Act (see footnote c), effective November 4, 2015.
