NEW BRIDGE FOR THE ST. LAWRENCE ACT

Order Designating the Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs to be the Minister for the purposes of the Act

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 3 of the New Bridge for the St. Lawrence Act (see footnote a), effective November 4, 2015,

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2014-857 of June 26, 2014 (see footnote b); and
• (b) designates the Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, to be the Minister for the purposes of the New Bridge for the St. Lawrence Act (see footnote c).
