AIR CANADA PUBLIC PARTICIPATION ACT

Order Designating the Minister of Transport as the Minister for the purposes of the Act

P.C. 2016-62 February 16, 2016

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition Minister in subsection 2(1) of the Air Canada Public Participation Act (see footnote a),

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 1989-516 of March 23, 1989 (see footnote b); and
• (b) designates the Minister of Transport, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of the Air Canada Public Participation Act (see footnote c).
