PUBLIC SERVICE LABOUR RELATIONS ACT

Order Designating the Minister of Public Works and Government Services as the Minister for the purposes of the Act

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition Minister in subsection 2(1) of the Public Service Labour Relations Act (see footnote a),

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2005-278 of March 4, 2005 (see footnote b); and
• (b) designates the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, who is a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada and is not a member of the Treasury Board, as the Minister for the purposes of the Public Service Labour Relations Act (see footnote c).
