APPROPRIATION ACT NO. 3, 1976

Order Designating the Honourable Maryam Monsef to Co-ordinate Policy with respect to the Status of Women and Administer Related Programs

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to National Health and Welfare Vote No. 65 of the Schedule to Appropriation Act No. 3, 1976 (see footnote a), effective January 10, 2017

(a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2016-0001 of January 13, 2016 (see footnote b); and

(b) designates the Honourable Maryam Monsef, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, to co-ordinate policy with respect to the status of women and administer related programs.
