CANADA DISABILITY SAVINGS ACT

Order Designating the Honourable Carla Qualtrough as the Minister for the purposes of the Act

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 4 of the Canada Disability Savings Act (see footnote a),

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2008-865 of May 9, 2008 (see footnote b); and
• (b) designates the Honourable Carla Qualtrough, a minister of the Crown, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
