SMALL BUSINESS INVESTMENT GRANTS ACT

Order Designating the Honourable Bardish Chagger as the Minister for the purposes of the Act

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition Minister in section 2 of the Small Business Investment Grants Act (see footnote a),

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 1990-388 of February 23, 1990 (see footnote b); and
• (b) designates the Honourable Bardish Chagger, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of the Small Business Investment Grants Act (see footnote c).
