CANADA DISABILITY SAVINGS ACT

Order Designating the Honourable Kent Hehr to be “the Minister” for the purposes of the Act

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 4 of the Canada Disability Savings Act (see footnote a),

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2017-78 of February 1, 2017 (see footnote b); and
• (b) designates the Honourable Kent Hehr, a minister of the Crown, to be “the Minister” for the purposes of that Act.
