Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 11(2)(a) (see footnote a) of the Financial Administration Act (see footnote b), designates the Deputy Minister of the Department of Indigenous Services Canada as deputy head in respect of that entity, effective November 30, 2017.
