Order designating the Honourable Carla Qualtrough, a Minister of the Crown, to be “the Minister” for the purposes of that Act
P.C. 2018-1021 July 18, 2018
Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 4 of the Canada Disability Savings Act footnote a,
- (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2018-41 of January 29, 2018 footnote b; and
- (b) designates the Honourable Carla Qualtrough, a Minister of the Crown, to be “the Minister” for the purposes of that Act.
