Order designating the Minister of Democratic Institutions, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the responsible minister for the purposes of the Electoral Boundaries Readjustment Suspension Act, 1994

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister,

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2015-1256 of November 4, 2015 ^{footnote a}; and
• (b) designates the Minister of Democratic Institutions, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the responsible minister for the purposes of the Electoral Boundaries Readjustment Suspension Act, 1994 ^{footnote b}.
