Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 5 of the Canadian Sustainable Jobs Act^{footnote a}, designates the Minister of Labour and the Minister of Employment and Social Development, members of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, to be the specified Ministers for the purposes of that Act.
