Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 101(2)(a) ^{footnote a} of the Access to Information Act ^{footnote b}, makes the annexed Order Amending Schedule I to the Access to Information Act.

Order Amending Schedule I to the Access to Information Act

Amendment

1 Schedule I to the Access to Information Act ^{footnote b} is amended by adding the following in alphabetical order under the heading “Other Government Institutions”:

Federal Economic Development Agency for Northern Ontario

Agence fédérale de développement économique pour le Nord de l'Ontario

Coming into Force

2 This Order comes into force on August 12, 2021.
