Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister,

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2018-1203 of September 25, 2018 ^{footnote a}; and
• (b) designates the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities as the Minister for the purposes of the Parliamentary Employment and Staff Relations Act ^{footnote b}.
